Fresh Ricotta & Strawberry Bruschetta

images (1)Another batch of homemade ricotta, a basket of fresh-picked strawberries and the taste of summer is just a bite away!

My mid-morning¬†pick-me-up, all I need is a cappuccino and I’m good to go!

 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Cut bread into thick slices, grill or toast.
  2. Spread a generous amount of ricotta (sweetened with a bit of honey, if you wish) on the bruschetta.
  3. Top with sliced strawberries, drizzle with honey or orange marmalade.
