Hardly requiring a recipe, many only need to be cooked, dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. These seasonal vegetables are here for a very short time … I believe┬áthat’s what makes them so special. It’s worth a visit to your neighborhood vendor to discover what varieties she has to offer.
