Sicilian Girl is a personal blog written and edited by me, Catherine Harris. Any product I mention and provide you with a link, such as King Arthur Flour or Olio Carli, I do so for two reasons. The first is because I use the product and am quite pleased with it. The second is simply to share my great find with you so you can enjoy it too. This may be a hard to find  ingredient used in a recipe, a book I’m reading, or anything that I feel will make life more enjoyable. If at any time I have received compensation in any form I will certainly disclose that information. Trust with my readers is of the utmost importance to me.

As an author, I earn my income from my books … all two of them, which I shamelessly plug by providing you with a link. On all purchases made through Amazon I receive a small commission.
