A Night Prayer
Jesus Christ, my God, I adore You and thank You for all the graces You have given me this day. I offer You my sleep and all the moments of this night. I place myself and all my loved ones, wherever they may be, in Your sacred side and under the mantle of Our Blessed Mother. Let Your holy angels stand watch and keep us in peace. Amen
A Prayer to Our Lady for Healing
Mary Immaculate, you have given yourself to us as Our lady of the Rosary. You have asked us to pray the Rosary with confidence, and we will receive great graces. We know your compassion, because you saw your son suffer and die for us. In your union with his suffering, you became the mother of us all.
Mary, my Mother, teach me to understand my suffering as you do and to endure it in union with the suffering of Jesus. In your motherly love, calm my fears and increase my trust in God’s loving care.
According to God’s plan, obtain for me the healing I need. Intercede with your Son that I may have the strength I need to work for God’s glory and the salvation of the world. Amen. Mary, Health of the Sick, pray for me.
Eternal Father,
I offer You the Most Precious Blood of Your Divine Son, Jesus,
in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory,
for sinners everywhere,
for sinners in the Universal Church,
those in my own home, and within my family.

Prayer at the Foot of the Cross
Lord Jesus,
we gather in spirit at the foot of the Cross
with your mother
and the disciple whom you loved.
We ask your pardon for our sins,
which are the cause of your death.
We thank you for remembering us
in that hour of salvation
and for giving us Mary as our mother.
Holy Virgin, take us under your protection
and open us to the action of the Holy Spirit.
St. John, obtain for us the grace
of taking Mary into our lives, as you did
and of assisting her in her mission.

Send me Holy Words that give life. Consider me as a servant and friend who loves You and seeks Your company in all things. Thank You for Your many blessings for me and mine. Send Your purifying love into my heart and life in ever greater degrees for the benefit of many. Receive my prayers through the prayers of your Lovely Mother, Mary, Queen of Angels and Queen of Heaven.

Lord, may this day, and all that it brings,

Mary, Queen of Peace, we turn to you, our Mother.
Into your hands we place our prayers
For our men and women, serving in the military, protect them.
For innocent victims, of war and violence, spare them.
For those who mourn and are injured, comfort them.
For people of all nations, unite them.
In the love and peace of your Son, the Prince of Peace.
Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.

Angel of God, My Guardian dear,
To whom His love commits me here,
Ever this day be at my side, to light, to guard, to rule and guide.

A Prayer for Those Who Live Alone
I live alone, dear Lord, stay by my side, in all my needs, please be my guide.
Grant me good health, for that I pray, to carry on my work each day.
Keep pure my mind, my thoughts and deeds.
Help me be kind, to meet other’s needs.
Save me from harm and malicious tongues, from pain and fear and evil ones.
When I am sick and in need of care, O Lord, I pray, that You be near.
When I am low or in despair, lift up my heart and hear my prayer.
I live alone, dear Lord, yet have no fear, because I know that You are near.

For Peace in the Family
Lord Jesus, my family needs Your help today.
We need Your peace and tranquility, an end to discord.
Give us strength and compassion to understand each other,
wisdom and love to help each other, and the trust
and patience we need to live peacefully together.
Grant that through the intercession of Your Mother, Mary, and St.
Joseph, our family too may become a holy family.
A family that works together as one. a family that embraces
peace and love, a family whose members are dedicated to each other and to You.

An Evening Prayer
Lord, my God, I thank you for having brought this day to a close. I thank you for granting rest to body and soul.
Your hand was over me and has shielded and sustained me.
Forgive all the lack of faith and all the sins of this day and help me to forgive all those who have wronged me.
Let me sleep in peace beneath your sheltering hand and keep me safe from assaults of the underworld.
I commend to you my loved ones; I commend to you this house; I commend to you my body and soul.
God may your holy Name be praised.

Father, quietly I look back over this day.
I call to mind the things and the people I have encountered in the course of this day and what I have thought, said and done.

Daily Prayer to the Sacred Heart
Sacred Heart of Jesus, today I wish to live in You, in Your grace, in which I desire at all costs to persevere.
Keep me from sin and strengthen my will by helping me keep watch over my senses, my imagination and my heart.
Help me to correct my faults which are the source of sin. I beg to do this, O Jesus, through Mary, Your Immaculate Mother.

Thanksgiving for a Favor Received
Thank You, O God for hearing my prayer and granting my request. Thank You for all the kindness You have shown me.
Thank You, Father for Your great love in giving me my life, for Your great patience for preserving me despite my sinfulness, for your protection in the past and for the opportunity to serve and honor You in the future.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for keeping me numberless times from sin and death by the toils of Your life, the sufferings of Your Passion, and by Your victorious Resurrection.
Thank You, Holly Spirit of God, for bestowing so many graces upon my soul and for having so frequently renewed Your life within me.
May my life, from now on, be a sign of my gratefulness.

Prayer of Charity
Gracious God, I offer You my heart-felt gratitude for Your countless graces and blessings to me and my loved ones each day.
In response to Your goodness, dear Lord, help me to be aware of the needs of my least sisters and brothers, and to assist those who are poor and less fortunate with generous expressions of charity, kindness and caring.
On that day, o Lord, when I finally stand before You to give an account of my life, I pray I will hear You say, “Come, O good and faithful servant to share your Father’s joy, for when I was hungry, thirsty, naked, homeless, ill and imprisoned, you offered your gifts in charity, and you lovingly did it for Me.”
